We put our Clients first and give priority to the Clients, not just the benefits for the company, bringing value to the customers means that it will bring benefits to the company. For Clients, we serve as a trusted adviser and a dedicated partner rather than just an outsourced service. That means we will tailor our scope of services, attitudes, and fee structures around our Customers’ needs, understand their business and andlooking for value-add opportunities

At IBP Vietnam, the highest responsibility of each experts is towards to the Clients and we are always competing internally for that. We understand that once our experts understand and take responsibility for their services, they will list things that need to be done such as identifying goals, tracking time, completing tasks and handing over quality deliverables to Clients

5. Confidentiality

At IBP Vietnam, we fully understand that the confidentiality of information is of vital importance to our Clients and takes Clients confidentiality very seriously. Sometimes, after a deal has been successfully completed, IBP Vietnam will request permission to publicize the deal in order to promote our services. We will only do so if given permission by your appointed representatives prior to disclosing information
